Why CFRW and how we started:

In 2020, Kate Haberman, LISW, MFT, RPT-S opened The Center for Foundational & Relational Wellness, LLC after responding to, both, the ongoing need for trauma and neurosequential development (attachment) treatment and a more inclusive, holistic, systems framework.

As a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist, Kate is committed to serving individuals and families and has a passion for working with children and their families involved with DHS and the foster care and adoption system.

Professionally and personally, Kate saw the need for therapeutic services specializing in trauma, early attachment, family and couples therapy and play therapy.

Kate has hired a team of highly qualified and committed professionals to make the vision for CFRW come to life.

Along with psychotherapy, Kate and her staff are committed to enhancing the overall awareness, acceptance and advocacy of the community by offering education, professional testimony and support, non-diagnostic self-awareness and self-growth opportunities and professional supervision.  Kate has a strong passion for communication, advocacy and learning and believes that “Those who live passionately teach us how to love, those who love passionately, teach us how to live.” (Paramahansa Yogananda)
