Relational Parenting Class Winter 2026
This class incorporates Kate’s A + method of parenting with Child Centered/Filial Therapy Based parenting skills. This class requires attendance for all sessions. All sessions are virtual.
Cost is $350 per person

The Effects of Disrupted Attachment
Learn about the basics of attachment and the impact of disrupted and disorganized attachment has on children. This brief virtual training offers you an opportunity to begin your deep dive into the needs of children and families affected by early developmental trauma. You will learn how attachments form and the vital role the caregiver plays in the child's overall ability to relate to the world. We will look at behaviors commonly seen in children who have experienced attachment disruption and explore ways to begin to heal these wounds. Great training for foster and adoptive parents, teachers, therapists, social workers and in home providers. $70
Attachment Focused Parenting
Using Kate’s newly published Attachment Focused Parent Guide, this class will explore why parenting kids with attachment trauma looks different (and hard).
You will learn how the brain is affected by this trauma, how your family is affected by this trauma and most importantly practical ways to respond, understand and parent your child. Learn the magic behind Kate’s “A+” parenting approach (Attune, Assess, Address). Feel greater satisfaction in your relationships.
Reiki and Readings for the Helping Professional
Come for an evening of socializing, appetizers, drinks and private sessions and readings. Each person will get 15 minutes of a Twin Flame Reiki session, chair massage and a personalized spiritual coaching session. As a group we will end our evening with a Sound Bath! Attachment Focused Parenting is a 3 week intensive class using Kate’s Building Attachment Parent Guide. This class is offered virtually and is a great fit for foster or adoptive parents and/or parents of children who have been affected by early attachment disruptions.
